Bought tofu, pressed it for two hours last night and soaked it overnight in a Teriyaki Ginger Sauce… following this recipe. Will take some pictures and share if we like it!

You know, they say baking it makes all the difference. I’ll definitely let you know how it turns out. I usually just chop it up and make scrambled tofu (eggs) with it or take tiny squares and add it to miso soup. But who knows?!
